I thrive in online & offline collaborations with on and off-site Tech teams & stakeholders from verticals across the organisation.
I volunteer my expertise to startups who need UX input/designs and are looking to fundraise. One such contribution was a startup that then got acquired by Google and is now part of Google Cloud.

This Search Assistant was created to help App users find the gift boxes they are looking for, quicker. The AI acts as an assistant by connecting with the micro-service to navigate through 100s of keywords within our Search catalogue to retrieve, and display, the most apt boxes so we can show our user the right boxes, at the right time, hopefully leading to a higher NPS score, whilst generating revenue.

8/10 people who received a Smartbox gift box interact with the map feature. Unfortunately, we do not track any other Map interactions metrics or conversions. This project will take you through the journey of making a business case to improve Maps and bringing it up-front-and-centre, which has now evolved into becoming the main focus for our booking vision 2024.

For years, Smartbox was primarily a Beneficiary App, which means it was only for those who had received a Smartbox gift box and need to register their gift box voucher in order to be able to see all the experiences available within the box, and if it's a Stays box, they can go ahead and make a booking as well. 
Is there any value for the App to become another avenue within the gifting eCommerce space, improve in customer engagement generate additional revenue for Smartbox?

Now that the business case and POC proved a success, we proceeded on to build the potential vision of gifting experience for the App. This vision was created to get a go-ahead, and budget, from the Executive Leadership team and board members of the Organisation. The vision was brought alive with close collaborations with Tech, Trading, Marketing, Branding, Legal, Finance, CPS, BI, Analytics teams.
